Nasze wymagania:
Extensive experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or as a senior software engineer with a passion for AI.
Proven experience in a senior technical or architectural role with a track record of designing and building AI/ML systems.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data sourcing and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
Expertise in defining technical requirements and creating secure, scalable design patterns for AI solutions.
Expert-level knowledge of AI/ML development tools and platforms, such as Vertex AI and a variety of open-source ML frameworks.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex InfoSec problems into actionable architectural designs.
A strong desire to mentor and develop the technical skills of others.
O projekcie:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Advisor, AI Enablement. As the Advisor for the AI Enablement team, you will serve as the team's senior technical authority, responsible for designing the architecture for bespoke AI models and intelligent agents that automate internal security tasks. This role requires deep subject matter expertise to guide the team in building robust, scalable, and effective AI solutions that address complex challenges within the Information Security organization.
Zakres obowiązków:
Act as the lead architect for the team’s projects, designing robust systems for custom AI models and agents.
Provide expert guidance on Internal Use Case Development, helping to vet and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Spearhead the strategy for Custom Model Training and AI Agent Construction, establishing the technical blueprints for the team to follow.
Research and evaluate emerging AI techniques, open-source ML frameworks, and tools to ensure the team remains on the cutting edge.
Lead the design for integrating AI solutions with core security platforms, including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR, via their APIs.
Mentor all team members, elevating the team's overall proficiency in advanced AI/ML, MLOps, and secure coding.
Act as the primary technical representative for the team in discussions with other architectural and engineering leaders.
