AI Agent Engineer

Wymagania: General: - Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. Technical: - Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants. - Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio (or similar conversational AI platforms). - Knowledge of GenAI concepts (RAG, prompt engineering). - Understanding of ethical AI principles (bias mitigation, transparency). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and API integration. - Experience designing conversational flows and optimizing UX. - Programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript (a plus). - Agile experience and familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
