Role Overview The individual will be responsible for developing AI agents & automation solutions to help automating business processes across different journeys in an agile environment. In Corporate Institutional Banking they heavily use Power Platform (i.e. PowerApps, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, Co-pilot Studio, etc.) to deliver their solutions. These solutions should follow software development best practices and governance including sound design, well-written code with appropriate documentation, testing, and maintaining new and existing solutions in accordance with the banks standards. Key Responsibilities ·         Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Agents: Architect, build, and maintain intelligent agent solutions to automate business processes and enhance user experiences across the bank. ·         Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio: Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create, customize, and optimize AI agents, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. ·         Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver robust AI-driven solutions. ·         Continuous Improvement: Monitor agent performance, collect user feedback, and implement iterative enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction. ·         Ensure Compliance and Security: Adhere to the banks data privacy, security, and compliance standards throughout the AI agent lifecycle. ·         Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear technical documentation, user guides, and best practices to support adoption and ongoing maintenance. ·         Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and conversational platforms, recommending new tools and approaches as appropriate. Key Skills and Experience ·         Proven track record in a similar role ·         Ability to problem solve, clearly articulate requirements, and implement and drive delivery ·         Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with complex stakeholder groups. With the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience ·         Ability to communicate effectively and with sufficient gravitas and prominence to influence key stakeholders ·         Well organised and able to multi-task effectively and efficiently ·         Able to work independently with limited supervision ·         Fast learner. Able to accommodate to complex environment and stakeholder groups ·         Fluency in English is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills required ·         Familiarity with CIB Banking industry is a plus Technical Skill ·         Proven experience developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants. ·         Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio (highly preferred) or similar conversational AI platforms (e.g., Azure Bot Service, Dialogflow). ·         Strong understanding of GenAI concepts such as RAG, prompt engineering, etc. ·         Knowledge of ethical and responsible AI principles (bias mitigation, transparency, explainability). ·         Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) and RESTful APIs. ·         Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs. ·         Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and performance monitoring for conversational AI. ·         Understanding of secure coding practices and implementing compliance controls. ·         Experience designing conversational flows and optimizing user experience. ·         Ability to implement analytics and monitoring for AI agents. ·         Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript is an advantage. ·         Experience working in Agile teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
