AI Agent Engineer – Microsoft AI Platforms

Nasze wymagania: 4+ years of experience in AI, automation, or related fields. Proven expertise in developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms like Azure Bot Service or Dialogflow. Strong understanding of GenAI concepts including RAG, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles. Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, and RESTful APIs. Programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript. Experience working within Agile teams, using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Mile widziane: Experience with automated testing frameworks and AI performance monitoring. Knowledge of ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainability. Familiarity with the banking industry, especially CIB sector. Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and other conversational AI platforms to create customized, scalable AI agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and ensure successful implementation. Monitor agent performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Ensure all AI solutions comply with HSBC’s security, data privacy, and governance standards. Produce technical documentation, user guides, and best practices to facilitate adoption and maintenance. Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and conversational platforms, recommending innovative tools and approaches.
