Nasze wymagania:
Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products with measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, modern product architecture, and cloud-based applications.
Hands-on experience working with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, or similar solutions (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK).
Experience translating complex business needs into product strategies and technical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered products and intelligent automation initiatives that drive measurable business value across multiple business functions. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and workflow automation to transform business operations.

Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to identify high-impact business challenges and AI opportunities.
Own the product lifecycle for AI agents and intelligent automation solutions—from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.
Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI-driven initiatives.
Design end-to-end AI solutions, including agent architecture, prompt strategies, workflow automation, integrations, monitoring, and performance measurement.
Build and prototype AI-powered solutions using modern agent frameworks in collaboration with engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI product initiatives and technical specifications.
Drive the implementation of intelligent systems for automation, analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, monitoring, and decision support.
Measure business impact, optimize AI solutions, and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products in a fast-paced environment.
