Opis stanowiska

We're a group of companies operating across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and Finland - running e-commerce projects. As our first dedicated AI Automation Specialist, you'll own the full AI implementation journey across the group: going department by department, mapping out how work actually gets done, spotting what can be meaningfully automated, and then rolling up your sleeves together with our teams to make it happen with the right tools. This isn't a research or advisory role. You'll be embedded with real teams, driving real change - from identifying a repetitive workflow on Monday to having an AI-assisted solution in testing by Friday. You'll work directly with people of very different technical backgrounds, so your ability to translate between "what AI can do" and "what a team actually needs" is just as important as your technical skills. If you're the kind of person who has already tried most of the major AI tools, keeps a tab open on every new release, and genuinely gets excited about what's coming next - we want to hear from you. What you'll do: • Embed with departments across the group (marketing, customer service, commerce, operations, and others) to understand their workflows and identify automation opportunities. • Build a prioritized roadmap of AI initiatives for each team and drive implementation from start to finish. • Select the right tools for each use case - you'll have a broad palette, from LLMs and automation platforms to specialized vertical tools. • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline team members to department heads, ensuring adoption actually sticks. • Stay ahead of the curve: continuously evaluate new AI tools and techniques and bring the best ones into the group's toolkit. • Document what works, build repeatable frameworks, and gradually upskill teams to work more independently with AI. What we're looking for: • Hands-on experience implementing AI automation in a business setting (min. 3 years) - you've shipped things, not just recommended them. • Deep familiarity with the current AI tool landscape: LLMs, prompt engineering, automation platforms, AI agents, and emerging tools across different verticals. • A genuine passion for AI - you follow the space closely, you experiment on your own, and you find the pace of development exciting rather than overwhelming. • Strong analytical thinking: able to walk into an unfamiliar department, ask the right questions, and quickly identify where automation adds the most value. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be working with marketers, developers, customer service reps, and senior leaders, often in the same week. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across cultures and time zones. • Fluent in English (min. B2/C1 - working language across all five countries); additional languages from our markets are a plus. What we offer: • Stable employment in a fast-growing company driven by automation. • Real impact on shaping our processes and technology stack. • Creative freedom: the opportunity to implement your own ideas and solutions. • International projects: the chance to work in a diverse, cross-border environment. • Flexible work model: 100% remote work or hybrid options (we have offices in Gdańsk and Warsaw). • Employee benefits: subsidies for sports cards and medical care after the probation period). • Discounts on company products. • All necessary equipment and tools. • Non-corporate, kind and supportive atmosphere - we really like each other!
