O projekcie: Project description We’re looking for an AI Consultant to join our team at Spyrosoft Synergy. In this role, you will support pre-sales initiatives and collaborate closely with clients, primarily within the Chemistry and Industrial sectors. Job description - Lead pre-sales meetings, contributing to architecture design, offer creation, and overseeing project delivery from a technical perspective. - Engage in problem-solving and brainstorming solutions for clients across various industries. - Act as a liaison between technical teams (data engineers and scientists) and business operations, ensuring seamless integration and application of AI solutions. - Use domain knowledge to help identify and prioritize business problems that can generate significant value when addressed. - Translate business objectives to data professionals, aligning analytics and model development with strategic business needs. - Ensure that analytical insights are interpretable and actionable, facilitating their transformation into effective business strategies. - Communicate the benefits of analytics insights to business users, driving adoption and ensuring a tangible impact on the organization. - Lead AI projects and engagements, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client objectives. Wymagania: Requirements - A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or consulting-related field is preferred - Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including an array of models such as Generative AI, computer vision, classification and regression, and their practical application in addressing business issues, - Competency in structuring complex issues, spearheading problem-solving efforts, devising strategies, and articulating recommendations, - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams, - Innovative thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, - Previous experience in a consultancy role, demonstrating successful project delivery and client satisfaction, - Proficiency in spoken and written English. - Experience working with industrial or manufacturing data systems such as SCADA or MES. - Familiarity with operational metrics and data generated in factory or production environments. - Experience working with time-series data (collection, storage, analysis, or monitoring). - Ability to work with data originating from industrial monitoring systems and production processes. - Previous experience in chemistry and/or industry would be an advantage.
