Wymagania:
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, or AI-driven business initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders to define and deliver technology-enabled transformation programs
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their practical applications and limitations in business contexts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex AI topics into clear business insights
- Continuous learning mindset with awareness of evolving AI technologies, industry trends, and emerging applications of generative AI in enterprise environments
- Fluent in Polish required
- Residing in Poland required

Zakres obowiązków:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for applying AI to improve business processes, products, and decision-making across different functional areas
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges, define AI use cases, and prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility
- Develop AI strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, digital transformation initiatives, and long-term innovation objectives
- Conduct AI opportunity assessments, including evaluation of potential business impact, operational benefits, risks, and organizational readiness
- Translate strategic AI initiatives into structured implementation roadmaps and collaborate with AI Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Monitor developments in AI technologies and market trends, identifying opportunities where emerging capabilities can create a competitive advantage
- Develop strategic presentations, business cases, and executive-level materials that communicate AI value propositions and guide decision-making
