AI Creator / Prompt Engineer

About the Role We are looking for an AI Creator / Prompt Engineer who will help us build a new way to create automated advertising. In this role, you will design creative templates, prompts, and storyboards that allow AI systems to produce high-quality video ads for small and medium businesses. This position combines advertising creativity, storytelling, and knowledge of generative AI. You will work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to build creative systems that can generate many customized ads. What You Will Do • Design templates for video ads that are 15–30 seconds long. • Create prompt libraries for AI tools that generate videos, images, and scripts. • Prepare storyboards and creative structures that work well with generative AI. • Test and improve prompts to make the results more consistent and higher quality. • Work with engineers to add prompts into automated ad creation systems. • Create different ad styles for industries such as e-commerce and local businesses. What We Are Looking For • Experience with generative AI tools and writing prompts. • Background in advertising, creative work, or content creation. • Good understanding of visual storytelling and commercial video formats. • Ability to think in structured templates and repeatable creative systems. • Interest in testing and exploring new AI technologies. Nice to Have • Experience with AI video generation tools. • Knowledge of e-commerce or marketing for small and medium businesses. • Experience with storyboarding or video production.
