AI Delivery Manager

Nasze wymagania: Proven track record in delivering complex projects/programmes using Agile methodologies in a large, multinational corporate environment. Strong understanding of project lifecycle (initiation, analysis, design, testing, transition). Previous experience coordinating digital or AI-related initiatives preferred. Agile SCRUM certification or Project Management Professional equivalent. University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Strong leadership skills to manage matrix-based global project teams. Commercial acumen and risk management capability. Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken). We are looking for an AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions, driving disciplined execution and ensuring delivery outcomes meet business, compliance, and quality standards. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Drive end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives globally, from inception through production. Facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across multiple Scrum teams. Coach and mentor team members, resolving conflicts and promoting delivery excellence. Lead roadmap creation and execution for AI products in partnership with Digital Product Teams. Manage timelines, budgets, backlogs, and quality metrics, reporting regularly to senior stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues promptly to minimize impact. Ensure strict governance adherence while contributing to process improvements. Collaborate with Business, IT, and cross-functional teams across regions to achieve programme goals. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support initiative success.
