Nasze wymagania:
Minimum:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Python and Azure-based development
Experience delivering AI, data or analytics solutions, including deploying solutions to cloud environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Mile widziane:
Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) or AI deployment pipelines
Familiarity with responsible AI and model governance concepts
Exposure to generative or agent-based AI.
Experience working in international matrix organisations.

O projekcie:
As an AI Development Manager, you will lead a small team of two AI developers responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI solutions that align with business priorities and company standards. Your focus will be on practical AI solutions that automate work and turn data into insights. In this role, you will balance hands-on technical leadership with managing people. You will ensure high‑quality AI delivery and help the team work in a consistent way.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training.

Zakres obowiązków:
Reports to: Director, Data Science and Analytics
Lead and develop a team of AI developers, providing technical mentorship and career development.
Oversee solution design, development, testing, and deployment using approved AI patterns
Ensure solutions align with enterprise AI standards, security, and governance requirements
Partner with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions
Drive adoption of reusable architectures, shared components, and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency and solution quality
You will work closely with: AI developers, IT, data teams, product owners and global business stakeholders
Systems in use: Python, Azure, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude
