O projekcie: For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for: AI Engineer Wymagania: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field - Proven experience in AI/ML development with a focus on agent-based systems or enterprise AI integration - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) - Experience with cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Understanding of multi-agent systems, natural language processing, and enterprise system architectures - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, and system orchestration - Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) - Knowledge of ethical AI and responsible agent design practices Codzienne zadania: - Design and implement AI features, agents, and system logic into enterprise technology landscapes - Develop intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution across enterprise systems using CoPilot Studio, Google Agentspace, etc. - Integrate AI models and frameworks to enable dynamic and context-aware agent behavior. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent roles, capabilities, and interaction protocols - Utilize current AI technologies (e.g., transformer models, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems) to build scalable AI solutions - Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data sources. - Develop and maintain system logic that governs agent behavior, coordination, and lifecycle management - Participate in Agile development and contribute to continuous improvement of AI engineering practices - Document agent architectures, system logic, and AI model behaviors for transparency and maintainability
