We are looking for an AI Engineer who will design and develop conversational solutions used by thousands of users across digital and voice channels. Zakres obowiązków: Designing and developing conversational bots (chatbots and voicebots) across multiple channels (mobile app, voice/phone) Building and maintaining bot logic, integrations, and user interaction flows Monitoring user interactions and analyzing data to identify improvement areas Continuously optimizing bot performance based on data and user feedback Collaborating with business teams to understand processes and translate them into conversational solutions Running workshops and supporting stakeholders in improving and automating processes Exploring new trends in conversational AI and applying them in practice
