AI Engineer

Information about the project: • Industry: pharma • Location: remote (Warsaw) • Rate: 200-230 pln/h net + VAT, B2B • Long-term cooperation Summary: The AI Engineer for Conversational Data Intelligence will develop a platform that enables business users to query complex data with plain language, significantly enhancing data accessibility within the company. Responsibilities: • Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using Python. • Address challenges related to natural language to SQL generation, including ambiguities and self-correction. • Develop context-aware systems, building robust pipelines for RAG processing. • Implement automated testing and feedback systems to ensure continuous improvement of AI products. • Create reusable frameworks and components, contributing to the overall architectural decisions of the team. Must Haves: • Strong production-grade Python engineering skills. • Hands-on experience with multi-agent AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, Pydantic AI). • Experience in building RAG pipelines for structured/unstructured data. • Deep understanding of Text-to-SQL solutions. • Strong API development (e.g., FastAPI). • Proficiency with Azure and/or AWS cloud services. • Experience with AI observability and automated testing frameworks. • Familiarity with Databricks and relational/vector databases. • Strong problem-solving and practical engineering mindset. • Fluent in English, both written & spoken. Nice to Haves: • Hands-on experience with Databricks features. • Experience in LLM context and prompt engineering. • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol for integration. • Understanding of CI/CD principles and Infrastructure as Code. • Knowledge of data management concepts for enterprise data.
