AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will build systems designed to work in production from day one. You will be part of a team developing a trusted AI platform for organizations with high demands for security, compliance, and reliability. This is a hands‐on role for an experienced engineer who wants to work with AI as part of real products—not experiments. You will join an early and growing initiative where your work has a direct impact on both the solutions we deliver and how we build them. We focus on pragmatic decision‐making, strong engineering foundations, and outcomes that stand the test of time. Your Responsibilities and Contribution As an AI Engineer, you build and further develop AI‐driven capabilities that are used in real products and workflows. You work closely across multiple initiatives within our AI program and are responsible for solutions that are stable, secure, and scalable in production. • Integrating and using models through our AI platform • Building, improving, and maintaining prompt flows and RAG pipelines connected to relevant document sources • Developing evaluations, tests, and scripts to verify quality, performance, and reliability • Ensuring that solutions are testable, robust, and ready for real‐world production use The work is primarily done in Python and within established technical patterns, ways of working, and security requirements. Key Requirements • Strong engineering foundation in software development • Hands-on experience working with LLM-based solutions in production • Fluency in Python programming • Understanding of reliability, testability, and security in AI solutions • Ability to take personal responsibility for implementation and quality • Valuing structure, documentation, and professional technical judgment Nice to Have • Experience with AI technologies in regulated environments • Strong collaborative skills with a focus on teamwork Other Details This role is pivotal in developing a Trusted AI Platform focused on building secure and compliant systems.
