Who are we looking for: We are looking for an innovative researcher and practitioner who is passionate about discovering new AI possibilities and building proprietary model solutions. The ideal candidate is someone with high communication skills who can translate complex scientific research results into concrete business applications. The role & the team: You will be part of an R&D team designing modern AI solutions, leveraging both agents based on large language models and classical machine learning models. Our goal is to automate complex processes and build systems capable of deeply understanding diverse multimodal data. Our current projects include, among others, intelligent extraction of key information from unstructured sources, implementation of innovations supporting digital transformation in transportation, and development of advanced AI agents capable of performing tasks fully autonomously. What will you do: • research, design, and train advanced machine learning models, including proprietary language models (LLMs) to replace external providers. • design and implement scalable AI solutions, such as chatbots, autonomous agents, and systems based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. • experiment with large language models, including their fine-tuning, distillation, and optimization for performance and specific business needs. • create and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate complex business processes. • analyze, process, and integrate various types of data (text, geolocation, tabular, time series) using modern platforms like Snowflake. • stay up-to-date with AI trends, analyze scientific literature, and continuously monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models. Required skills: • Experience: minimum 3 years of commercial and/or research experience in designing and deploying NLP and Machine Learning (ML) models; documented experience in production deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and RAG architecture. • Language: Polish; English (minimum B1). • Tool Pro: fluent in Python and key AI/ML libraries: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, Langchain, MLflow; good knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake); experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Git, Dvc, and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster). • Soft Skills: highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team and analyze scientific literature. Bonus points for: • publishing scientific and technical articles or sharing research results within the industry. • participating in AI/ML conferences and workshops as a presenter. • experience in creating agentic systems using LangGraph or Google ADK. • practical experience in building advanced recommendation systems.
