Nasze wymagania:
Python Mastery: Strong, hands-on proficiency in Python as your primary programming language.
AI Frameworks: Commercial experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
LLM Integrations: Proven track record of integrating large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI).
AI Infrastructure: Solid understanding and practical experience with Vector Databases and RAG architecture.
Backend / API: Experience in designing, building, and integrating REST APIs.
Delivery Ownership: High level of autonomy, proactivity, and end-to-end responsibility for the technical delivery of features.
Mile widziane:
Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure environment.
Data Platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.

Zakres obowiązków:
Developing advanced AI agent systems and co-agent frameworks utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
Building and refining RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems designed to process complex compliance and operational documentation.
Designing and implementing dedicated AI-first applications along with smart integrations between various systems and APIs.
