You will focus on: • Productionizing anomaly detection and predictive scoring models • Designing and operating robust MLOps and LLMOps pipelines • Ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems for continuous data surveillance You will collaborate closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure reliable, enterprise-scale AI operations. Core Responsibilities: MLOps & LLMOps Architecture • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps pipelines • Enable CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI models • Standardize model lifecycle management and governance processes Model Deployment & Scaling • Engineer high-availability APIs and services for AI/ML model serving • Deploy anomaly detection and predictive scoring models into production • Ensure scalability and performance under high data ingestion loads Advanced AI Integration • Integrate modern AI tooling (e.g., orchestration frameworks, transformer-based libraries, model monitoring tools) • Develop data quality agents and automated error classification systems • Implement AI-powered data enrichment solutions Cloud & Infrastructure Collaboration • Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to manage cloud-based infrastructure • Support scalable model serving, monitoring, and automated retraining • Contribute to infrastructure optimization and reliability Performance & Drift Monitoring • Implement model performance monitoring frameworks • Detect data drift and model drift • Automate retraining loops to maintain model accuracy Security & Compliance • Ensure AI systems comply with internal security standards • Design solutions aligned with regulated industry requirements • Support documentation and validation processes Essential Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise • Proven experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or MLOps Engineer in production environments • Strong expertise designing scalable ML/AI workflows (e.g., cloud ML platforms, workflow orchestration tools) • Expert-level Python proficiency with production-grade coding practices • Experience with: Containerization (e.g., Docker), Orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) • Hands-on experience deploying Transformer-based models or LLMs • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or equivalent) • Solid understanding of: Distributed systems, Data streaming concepts, System architecture and API design Perks and benefits: • Comprehensive benefits - enjoy Udemy for Business, private medical care, Multisport card, veterinary package, language lessons, and shopping vouchers. • Flexibility - adaptable working hours and remote/hybrid work options to suit your lifestyle & location. • Career growth - access opportunities for professional development and learning, including perks related to our official partnerships with global IT giants: Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, Salesforce & more. • Global collaboration - work with a diverse, international team. • Innovative environment - be part of a forward-thinking and growth-oriented workplace. • Engaging community – Work with passionate professionals and participate in team-building events, hackathons, and CSR initiatives to make an impact beyond work. • Team-building events including our company tradition (annual company event in Mazury). •  A pleasant surprise to start your journey with us in the form of a welcome pack.   Recruitment process: • HR call • Technical Interview • Interview with the dedicated Client • Final decision/ Feedback   Sounds interesting?
