Join us to shape the future of technology together!We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who can rapidly design, build, and deliver production-grade AI components across our LLM gateways, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines. In this role, you’ll work closely with AI Architects and Product Managers to transform high-level solution designs into scalable, high-performance systems. This position is highly hands-on, experiment-driven, and focused on fast, reliable execution.What You’ll Do: AI Systems & Workflow Engineering • Implement LLM-based workflows, RAG pipelines, retrieval interfaces, and orchestration graphs. • Build and refine agentic solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, and internal orchestration tools. • Implement and optimize embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval, and model routing. Software Engineering Excellence • Write clean, well-tested Python code and contribute to reusable internal AI modules. • Package AI components into reusable building blocks (RAG modules, prompt patterns, agent templates). • Contribute to our internal AI library to ensure solutions scale across multiple client environments. Model Performance, Evaluation & Safety • Implement automated model evaluation loops; benchmark LLMs to improve accuracy, latency, safety, and robustness. • Design and run evaluation suites using Evals, PromptGuard, DSPy, and related frameworks. • Ensure compliance with Responsible AI standards, including auditability, usage logs, lineage tracking, and risk flagging. Deployment, Scaling & Observability • Own CI/CD pipelines for AI systems and deploy scalable inference services using Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Apps. • Implement telemetry, tracing, and monitoring with Langfuse or equivalent observability tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with AI Architects to convert conceptual designs into executable modules and workflows. • Partner with Product and Business teams to validate prototypes rapidly and drive features to production. • Collaborate with platform, data engineering, and compliance teams to ensure enterprise-grade quality and readiness. What You Bring • Strong experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval systems. • Advanced proficiency in Python, distributed systems, and containerized deployment. • Hands-on experience with one or more: LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, DSPy, Langfuse. • Ability to work in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with short iteration cycles. • A builder mindset: capable of turning solution designs into robust, scalable components quickly.
