AI Engineer (Conversational AI/LLMs/Agentic)

We're seeking a driven, ambitious and curious AI Engineer to join our team in Poland. This role focuses on low-code/no-code platforms like Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai and Boost.ai to build and configure:  • AI Agents (Voice and Digital) • RAG • LLM-based applications • LLM prompts and guardrails • Systems Integration • Business process automation (Agentic) • Workflow orchestration at scale   While not a coding/software engineer role, prior experience with application development or coding is advantageous. Proven expertise in developing LLM-based applications and virtual assistants using LLM technologies is essential. Your day-to-day role will comprise the following duties and responsibilities: • Designing, building and optimising AI Agents and workflows within industry-leading Agentic, RAG & Conversational AI platforms. • LLM prompting/context engineering. • Reviewing and applying quality assurance best practices on workflows to ensure robustness and scalability of the solution. • Integrating with backend systems and frontend channels via API. • Stakeholder management (interfacing with clients, vendor management and internal team.  • Attending customer-facing meetings online (rarely in person). • If you're eager to tackle technical challenges, explore cutting-edge AI innovations, and have a strong customer-focused approach, join us to rapidly grow your skills and significantly influence QX’s success.
