AI / Fullstack Engineer

Start date: ASAP Lenght: 6 months with possible extension Location: On-site in Stockholm 5 days a week ABOUT THE TEAM AI Enablement is the central hub for automation and integration work. The AI & Integrations Engineering pod is the execution engine behind an enterprise automation and integration strategy. These are founding engineering roles: the team builds and operates AI and MCP integrations, agents, automations, observability tooling, and internal platform infrastructure, while partnering with Information Security on compliance-as-code and detection & response. You should be equally at home automating with AI or with traditional deterministic approaches, and must have hands-on experience building with Claude Code. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Build internal skills, plugins, MCP integrations, agents, and cross-system automations using Claude, Claude Code, and the Anthropic Admin / Enterprise API. • Deliver integrations and automations from product and programme specs - deterministic or agentic depending on what the problem calls for. • Provision and operate AWS accounts and IaC foundations for self-hosted internal applications - including CI/CD pipelines, runtime guardrails, and observability. • Develop compliance-as-code and automated evidence collection in partnership with Information Security; build and run detection & response tooling (SIEM tuning, detections, IR playbooks, on-call) across corporate and production environments. • Own observability, alerting, and runtime guardrails across the AI, integrations, and infrastructure surface; participate in on-call rotation. WHO YOU ARE • A strong software developer with practical, hands-on experience in agentic development using Claude Code - this is the core requirement. • Confident developing in TypeScript; Python experience is a bonus. • 5+ years of engineering experience. • Pragmatic in your approach - you choose deterministic or agentic solutions based on what fits the problem, not personal preference. • Curious and builder-minded, with a track record of working effectively alongside non-engineers - programme managers, security teams, and business stakeholders - to deliver real outcomes, not just code.
