AI / GenAI Engineer (BPS)/ Hybrid Warsaw

We are looking for a hands-on AI / GenAI Engineer to work on building and integrating modern AI systems, including agentic AI workflows. The role focuses on Python-based development, API integrations, and working with AI-driven automation in a collaborative Scrum environment. Warsaw, Poland | Hybrid (min. 2 days onsite) Contract Must-Have Skills • 3+ years of Python development (or strong demonstrable ability to learn fast) • Hands-on experience working with AI systems, ideally agentic AI architectures(autonomous agents, tool usage, memory, planning) • Experience with API integrations and async / streaming data • Strong knowledge of Git (branches, PRs, resolving merge conflicts) • Basic understanding of relational databases & SQL • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team • Availability to work onsite in Warsaw at least 2 days per week ➕ Nice to Have • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI workflow frameworks • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps) • Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering • Experience working in Scrum / Agile teams • Knowledge of multi-agent systems or advanced LLM orchestration concepts What You’ll Do • Build and integrate AI / GenAI solutions into business processes • Work with APIs, async workflows, and AI-driven automation • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a Scrum setup • Continuously improve AI workflows and system reliability
