O projekcie: - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive salary with a B2B contract - Remote work - Private healthcare and multisport card Wymagania: - Experience in security, governance, or compliance within Microsoft 365 environments - Understanding of Microsoft security controls and access management (e.g., Conditional Access, audit logs, security policies) - Knowledge of governance and risk management practices in enterprise environments - Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders such as IT, Security, Legal, and business teams - Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare clear technical and governance materials - Experience supporting structured governance processes, reporting, and tracking activities Nice to have: - Familiarity with AI governance concepts or responsible AI frameworks - Awareness of regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act - Experience with governance or security tooling within enterprise ecosystems Codzienne zadania: - Implement and support AI security and governance controls within the Microsoft 365 environment - Monitor and manage the use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) in line with organizational security and compliance policies - Support AI inventory and mapping processes, including identification and documentation of AI systems used across the organization - Contribute to the development and maintenance of AI governance processes, procedures, and documentation - Collaborate with Security, Legal, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory and policy alignment - Support governance-related projects, including implementation of workflows and process improvements - Prepare documentation, reports, and status updates for internal stakeholders and governance forums
