AI Governance Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Copilot)

O projekcie: - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive salary with a B2B contract - Remote work - Private healthcare and multisport card Wymagania: - Experience working with AI / LLM / Copilot in an enterprise environment (hands-on or supporting implementations) - Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID - Understanding of security and governance controls (e.g. Conditional Access, access governance, audit logs) - Experience in implementing solutions or controls (not only designing them) - Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts - Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders ➕ Nice to have - Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, information protection) - Experience with Copilot or other enterprise AI tools - Experience in AI use case mapping / inventory - Familiarity with Microsoft Defender or similar security tools - Understanding of agentic AI concepts and control mechanisms Codzienne zadania: - Implement and operationalize AI governance frameworks across the organization, with a focus on Microsoft 365 / Copilot ecosystem - Build and maintain AI use case inventory (identification, classification, ownership, risk assessment) - Implement and enforce controls for AI / LLM-based solutions - Support secure rollout and scaling of Copilot and other AI use cases - Configure and monitor M365 control mechanisms (Conditional Access, audit logs, app governance) - Work with data protection tools in AI context (e.g. Microsoft Purview – DLP, sensitivity labels, information protection) - Design and implement governance workflows (approval, risk assessment, monitoring) for AI systems - Collaborate with security, legal, compliance, and business teams - Maintain documentation and reporting related to AI governance and compliance
