Nasze wymagania: 2+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning Strong analytical mindset and experience in process optimization Hands-on experience delivering projects (Agile/Scrum) Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or similar Fluent English Experience in retail / e-commerce Knowledge of ERP / WMS / CRM systems Experience working with large datasets Zakres obowiązków: Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation across the business Translate business needs into AI/ML solutions and project requirements Lead and support implementation of solutions in areas like supply chain, marketing, and process automation (RPA) Collaborate closely with business and tech teams (Sales, Logistics, IT, Marketing) Stay on top of AI trends and recommend innovative solutions Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards Support delivery of AI projects (scope, timelines, budgets) Oferujemy: Real impact on building and scaling AI within the organization Stable employment (UoP) in a growing international company Work on innovative, high-visibility projects Friendly, collaborative environment + strong onboarding Development opportunities and training Attractive benefits package (private healthcare, sports, insurance, language classes) Flexible start time
