AI/ML Developer (f/m)

Wymagania: - Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or comparable - 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development or Data Science - Practical experience with: Machine learning and predictive analytics (e.g., regression, classification, forecasting); LLM-based solutions and frameworks like LangChain or Haystack; Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure and Kubernetes) - Excellent python skills including experience with packages like FastAPI - Hands on experience in deploying models and algorithms into production as well as experience with ML Ops tools and frameworks (e.g. MLflow) - Communicative knowledge of Polish and English - Occasional travel to Germany (1–2 times per year) - CV in English Zakres obowiązków: - Design and implement new AI use cases — from intelligent automation to semantic search and predictive analytics - Build and enhance agent-based AI solutions that can reason, interact with multiple systems, and execute complex workflows autonomously - Evolve our internal AI tools into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions - Define architecture and workflows for AI development, deployment, and monitoring - Mentor junior team members and help shape the AI team’s culture and direction Oferujemy: - A challenging work in an innovative Shared Services Center in Poznan - Stability and long-term growth opportunities within a global organization - Participation in interesting projects - Development opportunities and a wide range of training, including subsidised language courses - Close cooperation with colleagues from Germany and other international teams - Private medical care - A multisport card - Housing loans and a loan and assistance fund - Annual bonus - A flexible hybrid work model with 4 remote days and 1 team day in the office each week - Flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM - Subsidies for commuting more than 30 km from PxC BS - A referral bonus
