In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting-edge technologies that shape the world of the future. We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Architect to join the Global Architecture team. In this role, you will contribute to building data platforms feature design, testing, and development.
Project information:
• Type of project: IT services
• Office location: Warsaw, Poland
• Work mode: 100% Remote from Poland
• Budget: 140-160 PLN net/ h- b2b
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability)
Project scope:
• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures, including data integration, storage, and processing
• Support the development of scalable and secure Data & AI platforms
• Contribute to architecture reviews and alignment with enterprise architecture principles
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering and analytics teams
• Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security of data solutions
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and industry standards
• Drive the adoption of company’s standards within the feature design
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools to enhance Data & AI capabilities
• Translate business needs into technical architecture requirements
• Produce architecture documentation (diagrams, guidelines, specifications)
• Produce high-level and low-level design
Competence demands:
• Minimum 7 YoE in data and cloud-based projects
• Proven experience in Data Architecture and modern data platforms
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure data services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure SQL
• Databricks Lakehouse architecture (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), including workspace and environment design
• Data ingestion patterns (batch and streaming) using ADF, Event Hub, and Databricks Structured Streaming
• Security and governance: Azure AD, Managed Identities, Key Vault, RBAC, data access controls, and compliance best practices
• CI/CD for data platforms using Azure DevOps / Git; Infrastructure-as-Code exposure (Bicep / Terraform is a plus)
• Monitoring and operations using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Databricks observability capabilities
• Skilled with Microsoft Azure security and network services
• Very good English skills
