AI Solution Engineer

About the Role We are looking for an AI professional to lead the delivery of AI and automation solutions within the HR function. This role covers the full lifecycle — from identifying opportunities to implementing scalable, production-ready solutions integrated with existing systems. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy AI-driven solutions addressing HR business needs • Develop prototypes and turn concepts into practical applications • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders • Identify and prioritise automation opportunities across HR processes • Integrate AI tools with existing systems, ensuring reliability and data consistency • Collaborate with Technology teams on architecture and best practices • Design and maintain APIs supporting system connectivity • Support and guide junior team members Requirements • Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a professional environment • Strong Python skills and knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI • Solid background in API development and system integration • Experience building advanced or agent-based AI solutions • Ability to work independently on complex topics • Strong communication skills Nice to Have • Experience with HR systems or integrations • Familiarity with HR data or analytics • Exposure to cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience mentoring others What We Offer • High-impact role in a global organisation • Opportunity to shape AI adoption in business processes • Collaborative and forward-thinking environment • Access to modern technologies and ongoing development opportunities
