We are looking for an AI professional to lead the delivery of AI and automation solutions within the HR function. This role covers the full lifecycle — from identifying opportunities to implementing scalable, production-ready solutions integrated with existing systems.

Wymagania:
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a professional environment- Strong Python skills and knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI- Solid background in API development and system integration- Experience building advanced or agent-based AI solutions- Ability to work independently on complex topics- Strong communication skillsNice to Have
- Experience with HR systems or integrations- Familiarity with HR data or analytics- Exposure to cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)- Experience mentoring others

- Build and deploy AI-driven solutions addressing HR business needs
- Develop prototypes and turn concepts into practical applications
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify and prioritise automation opportunities across HR processes
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems, ensuring reliability and data consistency
- Collaborate with Technology teams on architecture and best practices
- Design and maintain APIs supporting system connectivity
- Support and guide junior team members
