Nasze wymagania: At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with proven hands-on experience with Claude Code Passion for AI and re-imagining software development Strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI agents Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and practices across engineering teams (not just making them available) Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluent English Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the Warsaw office) Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required O projekcie: We are looking for an AI Solutions Lead – Developer Tools to join a project delivered for our client in the financial industry. Your mission will be to shape how artificial intelligence transforms the way software is built — from initial idea to production-ready code powering financial markets across Europe and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of AI, developer tooling, internal platforms, and organizational transformation.
