AI Specialist

Nasze wymagania: Proven experience designing and prototyping AI use cases with business teams. Strong skills in data preparation, cleaning, and structuring for AI models. Hands-on model development, training, evaluation, and deployment (including MLOps). Integration of AI models/APIs into business systems and ensuring data privacy/compliance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Good level of English. Zakres obowiązków: AI Use Case Development & Delivery • Conduct workshops with business units (e.g., P&C, Production, Marketing) to identify repetitive processes suitable for automation. • Translate business use cases into technical requirements and workflows (e.g., define data inputs, model type, evaluation metrics). • Build prototypes using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Blockbrain, or other models) for validation. • Collaborate with process owners to define success criteria and measure business impact. • Document use case concepts and progress in the AI Use Case Tracker or project documentation template. • Support rollout and testing of AI assistants or copilots for internal departments. Data & Technical Implementation • Clean and preprocess datasets from SAP, CRM, or production systems for AI model training if needed for a use case. • Test integration of AI models or APIs into existing business systems (e.g., Magento, Office 365, Power BI). • Work with IT and data teams to ensure secure access to relevant data sources. • Prepare documentation of data lineage and model configuration for compliance purposes. Collaboration & Enablement • Support AI Ambassadors in preparing and running AI ideation sessions. • Conduct “AI Tool of the Month” demos to showcase practical AI applications for daily work. • Assist departments in setting up custom GPTs or AI copilots for their workflows. • Answer employee questions about data privacy, tool access, or prompt best practices. • Develop short internal tutorials (text or video) explaining how to use specific AI tools effectively. • Gather feedback from users and summarize key insights. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement • Maintain an overview of all active AI projects and their maturity stages (PoC, pilot, rollout). • Monitor performance KPIs and generate monthly reports on impact (e.g., saved hours, cost efficiency). • Collect lessons learned after each project and update the AI knowledge base. • Research emerging trends such as multimodal AI, RAG pipelines, EU AI Act classification systems, Agentic AI, etc. • Evaluate new AI vendors or SaaS tools for potential integration. • Suggest improvements to internal AI governance templates and checklists. Governance & Quality Assurance • Review AI project documentation to ensure compliance with internal and EU AI guidelines. • Perform risk assessments for high-impact or sensitive AI use cases. • Check model explainability and create documentation for audit readiness if needed. • Support the Team Lead in preparing AI review sessions with leadership or data protection officers. • Ensure that data handling and model training adhere to security and privacy standards. • Maintain a clear registry of AI applications used within the organization.
