AI Tech Lead (Delivery Lead)

O projekcie: As an AI Tech Lead / Delivery Lead at Virtusa, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge innovation and rigorous delivery. You will be responsible for architecting cloud-native AI/ML solutions, leading high-performance engineering teams, and ensuring that models move seamlessly from experimental notebooks to robust production environments. You aren't just managing tasks; you are building the automated backbone (MLOps) that allows AI to scale within the enterprise. Wymagania: Experience: 6–8 years in a technical leadership or delivery role within AI/ML. Cloud & MLOps: Hands-on expertise in cloud-native AI architecture and MLflow. Automation: Proven track record of building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Programming: Advanced Python proficiency (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.). Process: Mastery of Agile methodologies and Jira for program management. Preferred Skills: GenAI: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. Data Engineering: Solid understanding of ETL pipelines and data orchestration. Infrastructure: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized model deployment. Architecture: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Microservices/APIs.
