O projekcie: We are looking for an AI Tooling Programme Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven developer experience initiatives within a global financial services environment. This role is crucial for enabling innovation by overseeing the adoption of AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, ensuring governance, and driving large-scale transformation. Zakres obowiązków: Own and deliver AI tooling programmes end-to-end in a regulated financial environment. Manage complex dependencies, risks, and governance frameworks across multiple teams. Maintain strong engagement with senior stakeholders and vendor partners. Track programme success, including regular reporting and risk management. Ensure compliance with AI control requirements (cyber controls, audit readiness, access/cost management). Drive delivery with accountability, removing blockers and ensuring teams work efficiently. Coordinate with global cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, FinOps, Engineering) to maintain alignment.
