strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience
recent practical experience with AI-first development, LLM-based systems, or agentic AI workflows

ability to build technical credibility with senior engineers and technical stakeholders
experience connecting business strategy with technical execution
understanding of modern software architecture, cloud environments, infrastructure, and engineering operations
strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
English at C1 level or higher

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Lead to support a fast-growing product organization during a key scaling and transformation phase.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong engineering background, technical credibility, and practical experience with modern AI-driven development. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering teams to help shape technical direction, delivery processes, and AI-first engineering practices.
