AI Transformation Lead (QA)

Responsibilities: • Define and promote AI-driven best practices across QA teams • Design and introduce new AI solutions within the SDLC, with a strong focus on testing processes • Optimize testers’ daily work using AI and propose improvements to the software delivery process • Recommend practical solutions to team challenges (e.g. slow test environments, lack of AI knowledge) • Support teams in adopting and effectively using AI tools in their day-to-day work • Coordinate and oversee AI early adopters working on proposed initiatives • Deliver trainings and support teams in AI adoption initiatives • Help maintain smooth team operations and organize QA & AI-related activities • Monitor AI market trends and emerging technologies • Assess limitations, risks, and practical applicability of AI in specific areas Requirements: • Strong understanding of QA practices and the SDLC process • Hands-on knowledge of AI tools supporting software delivery (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) • Understanding of CI/CD, test automation, and testing-related tools (e.g. Selenium) • Ability to identify and propose practical AI-driven improvements • Experience working with teams and leading AI-related initiatives • Willingness to conduct trainings and share knowledge • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic organizational environment • Fast learner with strong adaptability to new technologies and solutions • Strong organizational and communication skills • Availability to work onsite in Warsaw once a week • Leadership capabilities • Background in QA, Test Automation, or Software Engineering What can we offer: • Flexible forms of employment and working hours (CoE or B2B) • An interesting, challenging job in the dynamically developing Capital Group company; • Work on innovative projects using modern technologies; • Direct impact on shaping the image of the Capital Group's companies on the market; • Possibility to develop competences in a wide range; • Attractive salary; • Stability of employment and a friendly work atmosphere; • Cool benefits, among others integration meetings, internal company competitions, fruit Tuesdays, sweet Thursdays and much more;
