AI Use Case & Enablement Manager – AI Apps & Personal Agents Location: Remote – Portugal Contract: 12 Months (with possible extension) Key Responsibilities • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI applications and AI agents • Coordinate AI pilots, proof-of-concepts, rollouts, onboarding, and user enablement activities • Ensure AI solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and data protection standards • Provide consulting and hands-on support for users creating personal or role-based AI agents • Act as a bridge between business units, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, AI Enablement, Product Management, or related areas • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI application lifecycle, and enterprise IT environments • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems is highly preferred • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Understanding of security, governance, and compliance requirements for AI solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field • Fluency in English (German is a plus) Nice to Have • Microsoft AI / Azure certifications • Product Management or Change Management certifications • Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption programs
