Nasze wymagania: Minimum 5 years of experience as an AI/ ML Researcher or in a similar role Solid experience in AI/ML domains, such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, information retrieval, time series, or recommender systems Strong programming skills and the ability to write production-ready code Proven background in researching, prototyping, and evaluating AI/ML solutions Experience working with complex data challenges in regulated industries (finance experience is a plus) Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required O projekcie: For our client in the banking industry, we are seeking an Applied Machine Learning Researcher who will join a high-impact Applied AI research team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning technologies across the organization.
