Automation Engineer – Agentic Workflows

O projekcie: We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join a growing AI-focused team working on next-generation workflow automation solutions within the construction technology domain. About the project You will be part of a newly formed Automation & AI team responsible for building intelligent workflows that streamline complex operational processes. The goal is to reduce manual effort and enable smarter, faster decision-making through AI-driven systems. The platform combines modern software engineering with agent-based automation and cloud data infrastructure to support the full lifecycle of construction-related operations. Wymagania: - 2+ years of hands-on experience building automation, scripts, or technical projects (commercial or personal) - Experience working with low-code or no-code tools, with willingness to extend capabilities using Python - Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system workflows - Interest in AI technologies, especially LLMs and agent-based systems - Familiarity with tools such as LangChain or experience working with LLM APIs is a plus - Ability to break down complex processes into structured, logical steps - Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to investigate and understand root causes - Openness to learning and developing technical skills in AI and system design - Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment - English proficiency (C2). Codzienne zadania: - Design and implement automated workflows that replace manual, repetitive processes - Work with low-code/no-code automation platforms to orchestrate business logic and integrations - Maintain and enhance integrations between APIs, data platforms, and AI-driven components - Support the development of AI agents by testing prompts, improving tool interactions, and evaluating performance - Monitor automated workflows, identify failures, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability - Collaborate closely with senior engineers to improve system architecture and automation capabilities - Participate in code and workflow reviews, ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.
