Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: We are an AI-native data and technology partner for private capital and healthcare. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Warsaw, we work with leading PE firms, VC funds, and healthcare organizations to build proprietary data infrastructure, deploy AI solutions, and drive AI-native transformation. Our clients manage a cumulative $210B+ in assets. Our average engagement runs five years. Our NPS sits above 80. We don't need to claim credibility - we can show it. We've also done to ourselves what we now do for clients. We've restructured our own company around AI - tools, policies, roles, delivery models. This isn't a pitch. It's a playbook we've already run, and we're hiring the engineers who will run it for others. About the Role: Our client is building the next generation of internal AI capabilities on the Microsoft platform. As a Copilot & Agent Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of enterprise productivity, AI automation, and financial services operations - designing, building, and operationalizing AI agents that work directly in the hands of our investment professionals, operations teams, and support functions. This is not a role for someone who configures chatbots. It's for a practitioner who understands how agentic systems actually work: how they plan, how they fail, how they integrate with real enterprise data, and how to make them safe and observable in a highly regulated environment. You'll work across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, and the Power Platform - moving fluidly between low-code configuration and pro-code custom development depending on what the problem requires. Benefits - Unrestricted AI Stack & Premium Gear: Fully paid licenses for Cursor, Claude Pro, etc.- Work with a talented team redefining the global perception of Poland- Flexible working hours and remote work options- Comfortable office in central Warsaw with all essential tools- Multisport card & private medical care- A culture of feedback – evaluation meetings, mentoring, and career growth opportunities- Frontier Engineering Culture: Build alongside elite engineers who are shipping systems that drive real investment decisions. Backed by continuous growth and a strong knowledge-sharing culture (check our YouTube). Sounds like a perfect place for you? Don’t hesitate to click apply and submit your application today! Wymagania: Core Technical Skills - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader M365 Copilot ecosystem - including building and deploying agents to production environments- Strong understanding of agent architecture fundamentals: tool calling, orchestration, state management across turns and sessions- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, or service endpoints - not just consuming pre-built connectors- Versatility across the low-code/pro-code spectrum: Proficiency in Copilot Studio for rapid prototyping, with C# as the primary baseline for custom extensibility; experience with Python or other script languages is a strong plus for specialized integrations.- Working knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop flows), Power Apps for agent-adjacent interfaces, custom connector development Nice to Have: - Experience with Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate (Exam AB-620) or equivalent hands-on project depth- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent orchestration patterns- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI Service - particularly for custom model grounding and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) in agent contexts- Background in financial services or other regulated industries where data governance and audit trails are non-negotiable- Prior experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot at enterprise scale - licensing, adoption, change management- Hands-on experience with hybrid orchestration patterns - workflows that call agents and agents that call workflows as tools - using Power Automate, Logic Apps, or Microsoft Foundry workflows- Familiarity with Copilot Cowork and where cloud-sandboxed agent execution fits alongside Copilot Studio- Exposure to data systems common in private equity - deal rooms, portfolio management platforms, document repositories, IC workflow tooling Codzienne zadania: - Custom AI agents in Copilot Studio and Microsoft Agent 365 - from discovery and design through to production deployment - Power Automate flows and Power Apps experiences that extend agent capabilities into operational workflows - Custom connectors and API integrations connecting Copilot-based agents to internal corporate systems (portfolio management, CRM, document repositories) and third-party services - Choosing where work belongs: deterministic agent flows, generative orchestration with intercept points, multistage approvals, or external workflow engines (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Foundry) - Durable cross-day processes that survive retries, restarts, and approval delays - Designing agents for re-entrance and idempotency - Testing and observability frameworks - logging agent behavior, validating outputs, monitoring outcomes, and building quality controls that satisfy compliance and audit requirements - Governance and access control architecture - ensuring every agent operates within established identity, permissions, and data classification boundaries
