Copilot Agent & SDLC Context Platform Engineer

Nasze wymagania: 10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or workflow automation Experience at Principal / Staff Engineer level Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (Custom Agents, enterprise workflows) and VS Code Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow / Prefect / Dagster) Strong knowledge of: SQL, Python / Node.js / Scala Terraform / CloudFormation Experience in building data-centric or DevOps platforms Knowledge of MCP servers Experience in automotive or regulated environments (ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA, ISO 21434) Mile widziane: OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, Neo4j, vector search Zakres obowiązków: Designing and building a contextual platform for GitHub Copilot Custom Agents Developing MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and data structures for developer context Integrating SDLC processes with automation, orchestration, and event-driven workflows Building systems that ensure compliance, security scanning, and quality gates Providing full visibility and actionable insights across the engineering ecosystem Supporting development teams in increasing productivity Working in an international and distributed environment Oferujemy: A full-time contract with possibility to choose the form of employment (UoP/B2B) Stable and long-term cooperation A clearly defined career path and the possibility of development in four areas as: Project Manager, Business Manager, Technical Leader and a specialist in their field Participation in company conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc. Certification and training opportunities Opportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branches
