Wymagania:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in data engineering or a closely related role
- Strong knowledge of cloud native data platforms and distributed data processing concepts
- Experience working with machine learning or advanced analytics in production environments
- Solid software engineering skills, including clean code practices and version control
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with openness to hybrid work from an office location

Zakres obowiązków:
- Build scalable architectures for batch, event-driven, and near-real-time data processing
- Design and implement end-to-end cloud-native data and AI pipelines on AWS, covering data ingestion, processing, storage, and monitoring, with a focus on observability at every stage
- Develop and productionize machine learning and analytics workflows, including feature preparation and model lifecycle support
- Configure intelligent agents and reusable components to support data quality, analysis, reporting, and process automation
- Create and integrate APIs and services that enable reliable data and AI products at scale
- Promote high engineering standards, including automated testing, continuous delivery, and clear technical documentation
