Data Scientist

Wymagania: - 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP, including data preparation - Practical experience with Generative AI and OpenAI API (agentic frameworks are a plus) - Strong knowledge of NLP libraries and ML/DL frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, scikit-learn) - Proficient Python programming skills - Production-focused mindset: Docker, MLOps, CI/CD basics, unit testing (Kubernetes is a plus) - Experience in model evaluation and performance assessment - Design and implement pipelines for extracting structured data from unstructured documents - Build and deploy agentic AI and LLM-based solutions in production - Apply advanced NLP techniques (classification, NER, text generation)
