Data Scientist (AI)

Data Scientist • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP, including data preparation • Practical experience with Generative AI and OpenAI API (agentic frameworks are a plus) • Strong knowledge of NLP libraries and ML/DL frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Proficient Python programming skills • Production-focused mindset: Docker, MLOps, CI/CD basics, unit testing (Kubernetes is a plus) • Experience in model evaluation and performance assessment • Design and implement pipelines for extracting structured data from unstructured documents • Build and deploy agentic AI and LLM-based solutions in production • Apply advanced NLP techniques (classification, NER, text generation)
