Developer – AI-Enabled Delivery

Nasze wymagania:
Proven 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Java microservices (Spring Boot) development.
Strong background with RDBMS (Oracle/PostgreSQL) – schema design and performance tuning.
Expertise in unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab) with quality gates and security scanning (Sonar, SAST/DAST).
Solid understanding of REST integration patterns, messaging, and API versioning.
Familiarity with cloud (GCP) environments.
Practical exposure to GenAI concepts, LLMs, and AI governance principles.

Mile widziane:
Financial services platform experience.
Cloud-native technologies (containers, Kubernetes, service mesh).
Performance engineering and resilience testing experience.
Previous contributions to AI-enabled SDLC practices or GenAI integrations.

We’re on the lookout for a talented Java Developer to join an exciting global programme delivering Global Collateral and Facility Management capabilities. This role is all about engineering excellence, AI-enabled software development, and building resilient enterprise-scale solutions.
As a Java Developer, you’ll collaborate with Tech Leads, architects, QA, and platform teams to design, build, and integrate robust services, leveraging modern cloud, CI/CD, and GenAI tooling.
2x/week from the office in Kraków.

Zakres obowiązków:
Engineering Delivery:
• Develop, test, release, and support Java microservices using Spring Boot in enterprise environments.
• Design solutions and integration patterns aligning with target architecture and non-functional requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and delivery blockers.
Engineering Quality & Controls:
• Adhere to coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates.
• Implement robust unit, integration, and contract testing strategies.
• Actively participate in design, code, and security reviews.
AI-Enabled SDLC & Governance:
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity responsibly, applying governance and security guardrails.
• Apply GenAI techniques such as LLM-assisted development, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Security & Operational Readiness:
• Embed security by design, handle secrets management, and ensure operational resilience through observability and performance readiness.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, production-ready services.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
