Engineering degree
Fluent French and English (mandatory).
Spanish is highly recommended.

Join Menard's Group Digital Team and play a key role in accelarating digital transformation across our international business units.
The Digital Department supports the deployment of strategic digital tools, the rollout of new ERP system and ensure strong user adoption across diverse environments..
Our objective is not simply to deploy technology, but to ensure that people use it, trust it, and create value from it.
Zakres obowiązków:
Drive the deployment and adoption of digital tools across business units.
Contribute to the rollout of the new ERP ecosystem.
Organize and deliver digital training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Support Power BI dashboard development and monitor adoption metrics.
