Expert Python Consultant with AI/ML skills

What will you do?

You will join a dedicated team developing flagship AI and ML solutions that are transforming the Credit and Lending landscape. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, production-ready AI solutions, work closely with business stakeholders, and help shape the technical direction of key initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative, and stable environment.

Wymagania:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Python and its ML/AI ecosystem- Strong experience with LLMs including architectures, fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems- Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP with hands-on project experience- Experience with databases and messaging including PostgreSQL, vector databases, Redis, and Pub/Sub- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, observability, and concurrency- Experience making architectural decisions and designing scalable systems- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools- Commitment to engineering excellence including TDD and BDD practices- Very good English communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders- Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 8 days per month

- Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code
- Lead the design of scalable and robust AI/ML solutions
- Own engineering execution from technical design to production deployment
- Mentor and support other engineers in their daily work
- Co-create and promote coding standards and AI best practices
- Evaluate and prototype new technologies related to RAG, LLM optimization, and agentic architectures
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across AI programmes
- Ensure solutions are aligned with platform vision and long-term architecture
