O projekcie: Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of (F/M) Senior Machine Learning Engineer for our client from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Offered salary Salary: from 1080 to 1240 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences. What We Offer - Long-term collaboration - Technical training, certifications, and skills development - Competence Center mentoring - being a member of the Competence Center community from day one is an opportunity to develop your skills, participate in various conferences, and share knowledge and experience with people who face the same challenges every day - Clear career path - Employee benefits package (Multisport, private healthcare, life insurance) - Friendly working atmosphere, team-building events, and team-building meetings Ref number AO220449 Wymagania: You’re ideal for this role if you: - Have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer and have worked with production ML systems - Have strong programming skills in Python and solid knowledge of the data science ecosystem - Have experience designing building and maintaining scalable ML systems in a cloud environment preferably AWS - Have hands on experience with AWS SageMaker for training and deploying machine learning models - Have experience with at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch - Have practical experience with MLOps especially MLflow and CI CD pipelines in GitLab - Are able to design document and clearly communicate the architecture of complex ML systems and data pipelines - Can work closely with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions - Have experience mentoring data scientists or engineers Nice to have: - A Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field - Experience building and developing recommender systems - Familiarity with model monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana or Evidently AI - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical decisions to diverse audiences Codzienne zadania: - Leading the evolution of the architecture of a live global recommender system - Designing and implementing MLOps practices including CI CD automation monitoring and ML experiment reproducibility - Collaborating with data scientists to move machine learning models from research to production on AWS SageMaker - Being an active hands on contributor to the Python codebase for data ML infrastructure and model deployment - Acting as a technical leader and mentor for data science and engineering teams - Working closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions - Identifying and advocating for new technologies and continuous improvements in ML and MLOps
