Nasze wymagania:
strong engineering background with experience in complex software systems
experience working in regulated industries (e.g. banking, fintech, insurance, healthcare)
understanding of enterprise data flows, integrations, and system architecture
experience working with AI/LLM-based systems or knowledge-driven applications
ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
English at B2/C1 level
Mile widziane:
experience with agentic AI systems and AI orchestration frameworks
experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic search systems
understanding of banking regulations, risk systems, treasury, or financial operations
experience with RAG architectures and information retrieval systems
experience with graph databases or vector databases
experience with enterprise AI deployments in regulated environments
experience working with strategic or operational decision-support systems

We are building a talent pool of experienced Forward Deployed Engineers who would like to collaborate with Kyotu Technology on upcoming AI-driven projects in highly regulated environments.
We are particularly interested in engineers who combine strong technical skills with the ability to deeply understand complex business and regulatory domains. Depending on the project, you may work at the intersection of AI systems, knowledge graphs, banking processes, and enterprise integrations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders, and translating domain knowledge into scalable technical solutions.
Zakres obowiązków:
work closely with business and engineering stakeholders to translate domain knowledge into technical solutions
support development of AI-driven systems operating on complex datasets and interconnected knowledge structures
help structure and model regulatory or operational knowledge in scalable systems
collaborate on integrations with enterprise platforms and internal systems
contribute to architecture discussions around AI agents, data flows, and knowledge retrieval systems
analyze complex business processes and propose technical improvements
support implementation of intelligent workflows and decision-support systems
participate in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and domain experts
