Full Stack Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Proficiency in Python for backend service development. Experience in LLM application development (AI agents, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines). Knowledge of LangChain and/or LangGraph for multi-step LLM workflows. Expertise in prompt engineering for constrained generation. Strong SQL skills. Experience with RESTful API design and integration between AI services and backend systems. Familiarity with LLM observability and evaluation (e.g., LangFuse, LangSmith). Cloud LLM deployment experience (e.g., Azure OpenAI or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to write and execute unit tests prior to UAT. Mile widziane: Experience with columnar data formats and analytical databases (e.g., Parquet, DuckDB). Familiarity with multi-LLM routing frameworks (e.g., LiteLLM). Working knowledge of Java enterprise ecosystems and Unix. Understanding of HTTP APIs and RESTful services. O projekcie: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic, DevOps-oriented team responsible for end-to-end software delivery - from analysis and development to production release and support. We work in small, collaborative teams, deploying code to production daily. Everyone in the team contributes to development, testing, and production support. Zakres obowiązków: Collaborate in a team of 3–6 engineers with a dedicated product owner. Deliver business requirements iteratively, ensuring continuous value delivery. Take ownership of production support. Work across multiple programming languages and adapt to different technologies.Identify and address technical debt while balancing new feature development. Pair with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of learning. Explore automation opportunities and develop tools for team-wide use.
