About the Role We are looking for a full-time Professional Services Software Engineer to join our Professional Services team in Poland. This is a hybrid position. In this role, you will help deliver customer-focused solutions by building scalable applications for learning and community platforms using full-stack development and AI-supported tools. You will work closely with Solutions Architects, Developers, Product teams, and other stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate has experience in full-stack development, SaaS integrations, and modern front-end technologies. What You Will Do • Develop and maintain front-end components for custom themes, including layouts, navigation, and reusable UI elements. • Build customer learning websites based on Figma designs and create accurate front-end implementations. AI-supported design tools may also be used. • Write, test, and deploy code following GitHub workflows while ensuring good performance, accessibility, and security. • Work with project managers, engineers, and designers to deliver customer-specific solutions. • Support live customer environments by managing pull requests, testing, and solving issues within agreed timelines. • Connect front-end applications with APIs, webhooks, CRM systems, SSO, and other data systems to support full functionality. • Handle and automate customer data migrations between platforms by creating scripts, validating data, solving conflicts, and improving migration tools. • Contribute to a shared component library to improve reuse and reduce delivery time. • Improve delivery processes, document technical knowledge, and support AI-based development initiatives such as AI-assisted coding and QA tools. What We Are Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in Professional Services, enterprise software implementation, or a related SaaS environment. • 2–4 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, plus experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Vue or React. • Strong Python skills and experience with Django or a similar framework. Experience with backend scripting, ETL processes, data migration, and REST API integrations is also required. • Good understanding of CRM systems, databases, data integration, Salesforce, and SaaS platforms. • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, MCP integrations, and AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor. • Experience delivering enterprise software projects using Agile or Waterfall methods. • Ability to work across front-end, backend, and data engineering tasks while managing multiple client projects. Nice-to-Have Skills • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with enterprise customers. • Knowledge of LMS or community platforms such as Skilljar, Docebo, Northpass, Higher Logic, or Community Cloud. • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) for desktop and mobile applications. • Experience with responsive web development or Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
